After graduating from Hatboro-Horsham High School and Moravian College, Greg attended Widener University School of Law. During law school, he was fortunate to secure a clerkship with the newly formed defense firm of Wright, Young and McGilvery. He went on to join the firm as an associate in 1991, and the position provided unique insight into the dedication and commitment necessary to excel as a medical malpractice litigator.

In 1997, Greg joined James P. Kilcoyne & Associates as an associate in the Allentown office. Two years later, he was running the Allentown office and developing a client base in the Lehigh Valley. In 2005, Greg was named Partner and the firm became Kilcoyne & Nesbitt, LLC. Greg has maintained his strong connections to the Lehigh Valley while also growing his practice throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.

Greg has been selected by his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer annually since 2011. He has also been an invited speaker at numerous risk management seminars directed to physicians, dentists, medical residents, allied health care providers and practice managers.

Outside of his active litigation practice, Greg proudly served as a five-term elected Councilman in his hometown of Horsham Township from 2004 to 2022, serving as President in 2018 and 2019.  He currently serves on the Executive Board of the Military Installation Remediation and Infrastructure Authority (MIRIA), focused on remediating and rebuilding the surrounding communities impacted by PFC contamination. Greg resides in Horsham with his wife and four children.
