Lauren Mazzitelli

Lauren joined Kilcoyne & Nesbitt, LLC as an associate in October 2017, soon after earning her Juris Doctor in May 2017.  She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh before going on to attend Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.   Lauren was a member of Villanova’s Women’s Law Caucus and Health Law Society, as well as an executive board member of Moot Court Board.  During her time on Moot Court, she honed her writing and oral advocacy skills, earning a third-place finish in a national competition in the spring of 2017.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren clerked for a preeminent medical malpractice firm in Luzerne County, where she grew up. Lauren also gained invaluable experience through pro bono work in Villanova’s Interdisciplinary Mental and Physical Health Law Clinic by successfully advocating for low-income clients in front of the Social Security Administration.

Outside of her law practice, Lauren enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cheering on the New York Giants, and traveling.
