Meghan S. Farally

After graduating from Boston University’s College of Communication with a B.S. in Journalism, Meghan began her career as the managing editor of a local Boston music magazine. Upon returning to Philadelphia, Meghan continued to work in the entertainment industry with Comcast-Spectacor and the Philadelphia Flyers and 76ers. Meghan attended Temple University’s Beasley School of Law Evening Program, continuing to work full time for Comcast-Spectacor while attaining her law degree. During law school, she was the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and a member of the Women’s Law Caucus.

Upon graduation, Meghan began her legal career as a prosecutor with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. She spent seven years as an assistant district attorney, in court every day prosecuting crimes ranging from drug trafficking, to the straw purchase of firearms, to attempted murder. When she left the office, Meghan had tried hundreds of cases to verdict; more than forty to a jury. Meghan brings her trial skills and advocacy to Kilcoyne & Nesbitt, where she concentrates her practice in the defense of physicians, nurses, and practice groups.

Outside of the office, Meghan is an avid runner and beach enthusiast. She lives in Havertown, PA with her husband, son and twin daughters.
