Jacqueline (‘Jackie’) has dedicated her career to defending healthcare providers in various malpractice and licensing matters.
She has been an associate with the firm since she was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2004. Over the past twenty years of service, she has been an important part of the team and history at KN, learning the ins and outs of medicine as well as providing compassion to her clients in overcoming the emotional tolls of litigation. Over the past two decades, she has successfully defended clients in a variety of claims, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, professional liability and lack of informed consent. Her clients include individual physicians, physician groups, and hospitals as well as other related healthcare providers including nurse anesthetist, physician assistants and physical therapist. Jackie has handled and continues to handle all aspects of medical malpractice litigation, from inception through trial, as both lead and second chair counsel. In addition to her extensive trial work, she has also effectively resolved cases for her clients through arbitration and mediation.
