Jill Moffitt
Associate Attorney
Jill joined Kilcoyne & Nesbitt in 2022 as an experienced trial attorney.
Prior to joining the firm, Jill worked in the areas of medical malpractice, legal malpractice, premises liability, personal injury defense, and insurance fraud investigations. She also has experience in representing abused and neglected children as both a volunteer and a staff attorney for a local organization, MCAP.
Jill graduated from Dickinson College in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and French. She graduated from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2007. In law school, Jill was a clerk for the Honorable Judge John Cherry of Dauphin County. Jill was also on the Appellate Moot Court Board and still enjoys litigating appeals to this day.
Outside of her practice, Jill previously served as a Vice-Chair for the Women in the Law Committee, President of the Montgomery American Inn of Court, and for years she taught civics in Montgomery County Schools with other members of the Bar Association and the Judges of Montgomery County.
