Lisa C. Wulwick

Lisa joined Kilcoyne & Nesbitt in 2022 with several decades of experience in civil and commercial litigation. At the beginning of her career, she represented large corporations in nationwide products liability and intellectual property cases.

For the past 23 years, she has represented hospitals, physicians, residents and ancillary staff in medical malpractice litigation in state and federal courts. She has also advised hospitals on licensing, credentialing, medical education, privacy issues, FDA regulations and IRB involvement in clinical trials.
