Thomas Heffernan
Associate Attorney
Mr. Heffernan joined K&N in 2025. He previously worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County as a Special Victims Unit Prosecutor.
He was also a coordinator for the Juvenile Court of Bucks County as a prosecutor. He received his law degree from Ave Maria School of Law, in Naples, FL and his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Temple University. Mr. Heffernan is a Bucks County native and moved back to the county with his young family after graduating law school. While in law school, Mr. Heffernan interned with an expanding civil litigation firm in the Naples/Fort Myers area, specializing primarily in class-action lawsuits and construction litigation.
Outside of work, Mr. Heffernan enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is also an avid movie-watcher with his wife (and sometimes daughter).
