Kristine A. Clark

Kristine-ClarkKristine joined Kilcoyne & Nesbitt, LLC in 2011 as an associate attorney and has risen to the level of senior attorney. Since joining the firm, Kristine has defended doctors, hospitals and healthcare providers in both dental and medical malpractice actions throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. As a native of Bucks County and resident of Montgomery County, Kristine places particular importance in helping the physicians and hospitals within her community and its surrounding area.

Prior to joining the firm, Kristine assisted in the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury, toxic tort and medical malpractice actions and successfully represented hundreds of disabled people across the country in obtaining their Social Security disability benefits. During law school, Kristine worked in the Pennsylvania Bankruptcy clinic and was Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society at Widener University, where she planned, ran and participated in several ADR competitions. Kristine’s varied legal experience assists her in the successful representation of her healthcare clients.

When she is not working, Kristine enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, cheering on Penn State and running. Kristine has participated in numerous charity races throughout the area.

For 2018, she was selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, a distinction reserved for no more than 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania who are under the age of 40 or who have been practicing law for less than 10 years.
