Lesly Madera

Lesly joined Kilcoyne & Nesbitt in 2026.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as a summer associate at a defense firm in Pittsburgh during his 2L summer, where he worked on General Liability and Workers’ Compensation matters.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Lesly brings a diverse professional background. Before attending law school, he worked as a hotel general manager for a boutique hotel chain while earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies, magna cum laude, from New York City College of Technology. He also earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Healthcare Management from LaGuardia Community College. Lesly received his Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. During law school, he completed a judicial externship with Judge Mary McGinley of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas and interned with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Outside of the office, Lesly enjoys staying active at the gym and spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews.
