Cassaundra Saylor

Cassaundra SaylorCassaundra joined Kilcoyne & Nesbitt in 2021 as an associate with experience in the defense of clients in medical malpractice, general liability, automotive negligence, uninsured/underinsured motorist, and premises liability cases. Cassaundra has experience in different stages of litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions as well as representing clients at depositions, motion hearings and arbitrations.

Cassaundra earned her Juris Doctor from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law. At Kline, Cassaundra competed as a member of the school’s nationally-ranked trial team. She was also a member of the Marshall-Brennan Project where she taught inner-city Philadelphia students about the constitution. During law school, Cassaundra gained valuable experience through her internships at The Complex Litigation Center under the Honorable Judge Arnold New. She also gained experience as a law clerk at two Philadelphia litigation firms, contributing to all aspects of litigation in areas such as personal injury, medical malpractice, patent litigation and tax litigation.

Outside of work, Cassaundra enjoys working out at Orange Theory Fitness, trying new foods and playing board games with friends.
